We collect account and profile information you provide, onboarding answers, roadmap activity, uploaded content, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to authenticate accounts, personalize roadmap recommendations, preserve progress, moderate content, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

MiRoadmap may use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services, and moderation providers for safety review. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services under appropriate safeguards.

We retain information only as long as it is needed for the service, safety, disputes, and legal requirements. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account information through Settings and may contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

We may revise this policy as the platform changes. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or another appropriate channel.
